Tranh 'Hot Vit Lon'
A very popular street food dish amongst locals but often feared amongst tourists, this dish consists of a fertilised duck egg that is cooked later than usual so the duck is almost fully formed in the shell. You can see it being served on most streets from the mobile food carts and is a great beer snack! It is usually served with tamarind, chilli, salt / pepper + lime.
