Key Cutter Q4 - Saigon
All around HCMC you can see independent key cutters on the streets with their own self-made carts. If you lose your key they will happily cut you a new one from a selection of blank keys. You can often see them shifting through old donations for anything re-useable.
This image was inspired by the local key cutter at the end of our road where our gallery is situated. It is a 3 layer, reduction print where the yellow layer has purposefully been printed upside down to give the effect of shining, hot sun.
Limited edition of 10, hand printed from a 10x15cm Japanese magnolia wood block.
