Hao Sy Phuong
Inspired by a recent trip to the iconic 'Hào Sỹ Phường' one of HCMC's most well-known apartment buildings. Hào Sỹ Phường attracts visitors from all over the world as it is known to appear in many movies as well as it’s rich history. Originally built to help house the Chinese community by the French it has housed families for over 100 years across multiple generations. This particular woodcut was drawn from my own photo of the view from the first floor, front to back with a distant view of the surrounding urban landscape.
